OUR HISTORY

FCWSHL was founded by John W. Frasco in 1974 with a primary focus on labor and employment law. Over the last 30 years, the firm has significantly broadened its expertise and capabilities.

FCWSHL client list has included automotive manufacturers, trucking/transportation companies, service organzations, and many other businesses with a myriad of labor and employment issues including collective bargaining, negotiating with labor unions, managing all dispute resolution processes relating to pay scale and benefits issues, unfair labor practices, and union election campaigns.

Since the 1980’s, FCWSHL has represented business and individuals in their corporate needs – formation, acquisition, real estate – as well as assisting its clients through the litigation and dispute resolution process. Today, FCWSHL clients receive advice from attorneys who are well-versed in nearly all areas of law that effect businesses, both closely-held and major corporations, on a day-to-day basis.
