EXPERTISE/EXPERIENCE

Christian has practiced construction law for over 20 years. Mr. Hauser has extensive experience representing clients in all areas of the construction industry including public and private owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, design professionals, suppliers and sureties. He provides sound advice to clients in all phases of the construction process through project delivery, including contract formation and administration, contract performance, project monitoring and close-out.

Mr. Hauser is proficient in early and alternative dispute resolution to efficiently resolve construction and design disputes. Christian has also been lead counsel in several trials in both state and federal court as well as numerous arbitration hearings.

In addition, Christian is a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Christian is also very active in the local running and fitness community, having completed more than 20 marathons (including five Boston Marathon finishes) and dozens of half-marathons. Christian also volunteers his time and legal resources to the Hansons-Brooks Distance Project, an organization based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, that develops and trains distance runners for national and international competition including the Olympic Games.
